Garnier Dark Spot Corrector

My skin has been a little bit crazy over the last few months. I had a really bad breakout during my exams last year and then I travelled to Dubai and the weather had an insane affect on my skin.
When I got back to Cape Town, I remember I had received this moisturizer from Beauty Bulletin to review and decided now would be the best time to use it.

It's packed with pure Vitamin C and claims to instantly make our skin look brighter and more even toned. After my first application, my skin definitely looked brighter and the moisturizer sunk into my skin and left if soft and non greasy. In four weeks, it is meant to help with discolouration and make your spots fade. This is what had really impressed me about this product. I have been using it for just over a month and I was amazed that it had actually helped with the discolouration. I cannot wait to see the results over a longer period of time.

EOS Lip balm in Sweet Mint Review

I think everyone knows about the EOS (Evolution of Smooth) lip balms by now. I saw them two years ago in London and I remember thinking that they were adorable. Fast forward two years and suddenly, everyone is raving about them!
I bought mine from The Bikini Club and I was very impressed with their service. They delivered it in two days without any problems.

Besides having a really nice scent (that's always a plus), it is paraben and petroleum free! It also contains Jojoba oil, Vitamin E and Shea butter. This lip balm has no tint and is quite comfortable to wear. I often wear it under my matte lipsticks (I'm looking at you, Ruby Woo).
It has made its way into my hand bag and has replaced my other lip balms.

Have you tried any EOS products?

Hello again

I am pretty sure most of you have forgotten who I am by now. I stopped blogging about a year ago. This is due to many reasons. I went on a little trip to London and India. I was away for about 2 weeks. When I got back, I found out that I had been accepted to do my post graduate diploma in Marketing. I thought I would be able to blog and study but lets just say that going to university after being at design school for three years was a shock to my system.

This blog might change a little bit. Maybe my blog name will change and what I blog about will change too. Who knows? I won't be veering away from beauty but I will definitely be blogging about other things too.

So I am currently at home, relaxing before I have to enter the real world. I would love to carry on blogging about things I love but to be honest, I will be doing it at my own pace. I do not want to put pressure on myself to blog a certain amount of times a week.

I hope you will enjoy all my new posts and feel free to leave a comment if you have any questions.

Mac eyeshadow reviews - Flourishing + Graphology

So a while ago I blogged about a Blog Sale haul. I managed to get two mac eyeshadows at incredible prices.

L:Graphology • R: Flourishing
Both are matte shades (the formula I wear most often) and are beautiful! I have never been disappointed by a Mac product before and I am happy to say that this has lived up to my Mac standards. They are creamy while still being powder shadows and they are incredibly easy to blend.
Please ignore my alien like fingers. I swear they are normal looking in real life.

Graphology is a dark purple that looks black. I could not capture the color no matter how hard I tried! I think it would be perfect for a more subtle smokey eye. Sometimes a very dark black can be quite harsh.
Flourishing is khaki green and I chose to buy it because I own nothing in this color. Its very pretty but I have no idea what to wear it with.

Any ideas?
